Overview
At EVORA, we believe jewellery should be enjoyed for many years. To give customers long-term confidence in their purchase, EVORA offers a Lifetime Exchange policy on eligible jewellery. This allows customers to exchange their EVORA jewellery for another design whenever they wish to upgrade or refresh their collection.
How Lifetime Exchange Works
Customers may exchange their EVORA jewellery at any time after purchase. The exchange value will be calculated based on the product’s original base value, as per EVORA’s exchange policy applicable at the time of request.
Exchange Value
The exchange value is determined based on the original invoice value of the jewellery’s base price, excluding making charges, taxes, shipping charges, and promotional discounts. The final exchange amount may also depend on the condition of the jewellery when returned.
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for lifetime exchange, the jewellery must be returned in reasonable condition with the original invoice and certification (where applicable). The product should not show signs of significant damage, modification, or missing components.
Exchange Process
Customers can initiate an exchange request by contacting EVORA customer support. Our team will guide you through the process and assist you in selecting another EVORA design. The exchange value will be adjusted against the price of the new jewellery.
