At EVORA, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery or choose to exchange your jewellery under our Lifetime Exchange policy. Our goal is to make the process simple, transparent, and convenient.

15-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery. The jewellery must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging, certificates, and invoice. Once the returned product is received and passes a quality inspection, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.

Lifetime Exchange

EVORA offers a Lifetime Exchange option for eligible jewellery. Customers can exchange their EVORA jewellery for another design whenever they wish to upgrade or refresh their collection. The exchange value will be calculated based on the original base value of the jewellery as per EVORA’s exchange policy.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for returns or exchange, the jewellery must be in reasonable condition and should not show signs of wear, damage, or modification. The original invoice and certification, where applicable, must be provided.

How to Initiate a Request

Customers can initiate a return or exchange request by contacting EVORA customer support. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide instructions for safely returning the jewellery.

Inspection and Processing

Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection. After successful verification, the refund or exchange will be processed according to EVORA’s policy and timelines.
